Q: How do I get a quote for a bi-fold unit (or 100 units)?

Q: How do I pay for my order?

Your deposit can be paid for via PayPal or EFT. Please refer Shipping & Payment for details. The balance is paid through our escrow service upon delivery and inspection of the order.

Q: How do I know I'll receive exactly what I order?

We pride ourselves on delivery above client expectations. If however, there is an issue with your order, you retain the right, through our escrow agreement, to reject an order or have it rectified another way.

Q: What if I receive my order & I'm not satisfied?

Q: What if one of my customers returns a faulty hardware item?

All hardware supplied with our bi-folds are covered by an international warranty. Please refer to the warranty conditions on the goods received.

Q: Can I get a discount for larger orders?

Of course. All quotes are assessed based on our standard rates in Australia, discounted by the quantity being quoted and our standing arrangement with that Dealer.
