Shipping and Payment

Shipping time on all orders to the 50 states ranges between 30 and 45 days, depending on the destination.

Orders can also be dispatched via air freight for an additional cost and reduces delivery times to between 3 and 7 days, again depending on the destination.

All orders are fully insured, provided with a tracking number and must be signed for upon delivery or collection. We don't take any chances with freight, so we only use the best local freight forwarders.

We ship to the US using international freight forwarders, Cassie Freight International. Cassie has been in the international freight business for over 28 years and has the expertise, the reach and the technology to ensure safe, cost-effective, efficient delivery of your Grand Opening Doors Bi-Folds, whether delivery is by sea or air.

Every order is quoted with a fixed-price freight cost and all the documentation relating to loading, insurance, tracking and delivery/collection arrangements is provided upon dispatch of your order.
 
Payments

Payments for your orders can be handled a number of ways, but we have found that the safest method for both parties is with an escrow service - in fact the same escrow service preferred by eBay. By using Escrow.com, it allows you to inspect the goods prior to releasing payment for the balance of your order.

In the early stage of your relationship with Grand Opening Doors, we will ask you to pay for 65% of your order price upfront either by PayPal or EFT. As soon as we are satisfied with the trading relationship, we will only require 50% upon placement of an order. The balance in both instances, will be via Escrow.com. To learn more - see our Standard Escrow Agreement. So, the process is simply:

1. Request a quote

2. Accept the quote - pay 65% via PayPal or EFT

3. Pay the balance to Escrow.com

4. The goods arrive at your destination. You then:

• Accept the goods and advise Escrow Australia to release the balance or

• Reject the goods and advise us whether you wish return the goods (fully or partially) or reach another equitable arrangement. (Further details can be found in our Standard Escrow Agreement)
